Fine Arts Radio Reading Service (FARRS) is a volunteer organization that provides a special radio news service for the blind and print-impaired in our region. Once a week, for over 12 years, Arthur has volunteered to reading the news service to the blind community as a radio broadcaster, as well as provided narration service to Blind community attending plays at the Richland Players Theater. Interested in joining? Volunteers are desperately needed. NO professional reading or broadcasting experience is required, and training is provided.
